Returns & Exchanges

Celtic Crystal Designs stands by our customers and products. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind our service and products. If for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll exchange it or issue a store credit for the comparable value. 

We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 21 days from the date of purchase. 
Thereafter, all sales are final.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Shipping Charges and Gift Wrap Fees are non-refundable. 

Since orders are processed and shipped in one day, order cancellations made after 10 hours of placing order will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. 

Items damaged upon receipt will be replaced free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If the item cannot be replaced due to inventory a store credit will be issued. Broken chains are not replaced after 7 days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Hair clips or hair products
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Christmas Gift Orders

Our Christmas extended return policy means all gifts purchased from November 1st and through December 24th can be returned or exchanged up until or by January 10th. After January 10th all sales are final.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in one business day. Tracking information for all packages will be emailed to the buyer once the item has been shipped.
  • FREE SHIPPING in the United States. Flat $10 International Shipping.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 1-5 business days
Europe: 10-21 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-12 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
U.S.P.S. Priority shipping is available as an upgrade - U.S. shipping time with Priority Shipping is 1-3 days.
International Shipping Service:

Please also note that international orders may have additional Customs fees that vary by country and that we have no control over. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can, but we are not able to cover any Customs fees that may be charged by your country.

Standard shipping via USPS First Class International Mail is as follows: 

All international shipping is a flat rate of $10 U.S.

Customs and Import Taxes

Any shipment to countries outside the United States could possibly be subject to custom fees and/or taxes in the buyer's home country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible for contacting any customs offices in their home country to make arrangements for payment.
All refused delivery International orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee, store credit only and return shipping and handling charge.

Stolen Packages

Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If your package was successfully delivered as reported via the official tracking information and then stolen from your porch, you must contact the U.S.P.S and your local authorities. For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. Contact them at or call them at 877-876-2455. USPS will start your claims process. Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft. 

Steps to prevent package theft:

If you have yet to order your gifts, take some extra steps to ensure they are delivered safely:

  • Have your packages delivered elsewhere. If it's allowed, have them sent to your office.
  • Work with the shipping carriers. Specify exactly where to leave packages, schedule a delivery window or day, or have packages held at the facility. These options must be set up through your shipping carrier.
  • Track your package daily for movement and delivery. All tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order ships.
Is my credit card information secure and is it safe to shop on

Your information is kept confidential and safe. Our store is run on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. PCI DSS stands for "Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard" and is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud.
