Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we'll exchange or issue a store credit for your item. Full refunds will be issued for damaged items if we are contacted within 21 days of delivery.

Once received, your return refund, credit or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

We will accept returns items, including sale items, for 21 days from the date of delivery. 
Thereafter, all sales are final. 

Returns accepted up to 21 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Shipping Charges and Gift Wrap Fees are non-refundable. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Hair clips or hair products
  • Food items

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in one business day. Tracking information for all packages will be emailed to the buyer once the item has been shipped.
  • FREE SHIPPING in the United States. Flat $12 International Shipping.

North America: 1-5 business days
Europe: 10-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-12 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

Please also note that international orders may have additional Customs fees that vary by country and that we have no control over. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can, but we are not able to cover any Customs fees that may be charged by your country.


Customs and Import Taxes

Any shipment to countries outside the United States could possibly be subject to custom fees and/or taxes in the buyer's home country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible for contacting any customs offices in their home country to make arrangements for payment.

Stolen Packages

Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If your package was successfully delivered as reported via the official tracking information and then stolen from your porch, you must contact the U.S.P.S and your local authorities. For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. Contact them at or call them at 877-876-2455. USPS will start your claims process. Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft.

Your information is kept confidential and safe. Our store is run on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. PCI DSS stands for "Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard" and is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud.
