Beautiful necklace and incredible customer service

The necklace was beautiful. Even prettier than the online picture! But what made this experience even better was the excellent customer service! I had some concerns about shipping and gift wrapping and and choosing the right necklace and they were so quick to respond, willing to be helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Will definitely be buying from Celtic Crystal Design again in the future!

shiny. the chain is too small for a penda...

shiny. the chain is too small for a pendant this large (and my neck) and I thought I ordered a large enough chain. the chain seems to knot up on itself (arrived that way) but can be easily straightened. you might want to get a bigger chain than you expect. doesn't say 925, but says pure silver?
