I am very pleased with both this product AND its seller! I am always looking for Crosses, especially Cross necklaces, and all things Scottish, and this Heathergems Celtic Cross Necklace combined the best of both! I've been looking at Heathergems on eBay, Amazon and several other sites for several months, and kept coming back to this seller - for having the best product at the best price (usually by a LOT!). I know, too, that this seller answers questions quickly, because I previously asked if they knew when they'd get a PURPLE Heathergems in stock. They answered promptly that they couldn't predict which colors would be included in an order, so I followed them. When I saw they had a purple Heathergems Cross necklace in stock, I ordered it, and I'm glad I did! The shipping time was reasonable, and as they anticipated. The necklace arrived in a nice, substantial, well-labelled hinged box (suitable for gifting), included a small descriptive brochure, and this was all packaged in a well-padded, festive, shiny silver shipping bag! The Cross necklace was exactly as pictured, which was exactly what I hoped! I was tempted by their other colors, but am glad I waited for my purple Heathergems! I would definitely order from this seller again, especially with Christmas approaching and the number of friends and family who have admired this Cross necklace, which contains a wee bit of heather directly from the Scottish Highlands!
