First I'll give the part people really need to know more than how beautiful it is. It's very large and very heavy! I only have one thing that I can wear it on - the collar of a heavy Aran sweater. That being said, it's the one brooch I always get comments on! Not just comments but one person almost touched it in enthusiasm. Total strangers - everywhere. I think it would be stunning on a tartan!
