The Three Hares

The picture of the three hares joined by thier ears can be found in many religions, including Christian and Jewish religions. These three hares have been found in both British, Celtic and European medieval churches and in a German synogogue making this symbol an ancient and meaningful one. Traditionally, the hare symbolizes femininity and fertility. Usually connected with the divine feminine, the triple hare is a perfect symbol for any woman. The triple hare is also associated with the Holy Trinity in Christian belief.
