The Jaffa Cake - Vegan

A Classic from Ireland and the UK, a "Jaffa Cake" is a small Orange Jelly Chocolate biscuit (our name for a Cookie!!!) on a soft spongey base. This is our 'homage' to this little slice of heaven. Its has freshly grated orange-zest and freshly squeezed orange juice with lots of dark chocolate pieces slow baked with an orangey crust on top!! We think you all will love it!! And we've made this version Vegan as instead of eggs, we have used Unsweetened apple sauce .

1/2 Loaf

Ingredients: Zucchini, Flour (Enriched Wheat Flour [Niacin, Reduced Iron Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour), Sugar, Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Apples, Water, Ascorbic Acid [Vitamin C]), Canola Oil, Orange Juice, Chocolate Morsels (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Soy Lecithin, Vanillin), Baking Powder (Corn Starch, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), Baking Soda, Salt.
